THRAVOT (“THRAVOT,” “we,” “us”) provides market-entry and business-expansion advisory services, led by Mubashir Thravot. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, complete the Market Entry Diagnostic or email us, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the Market Entry Diagnostic, we may collect: your full name, company name, work email, WhatsApp/phone number, country of residence or company origin, company website, and the business details you choose to share (such as your objective, target market, timeline and similar). When you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you choose to include in your message. We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the diagnostic or by email, and we will never request them from you by email or chat.

Information collected automatically. This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 collects information about how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed and how visitors arrived at the site (for example, the referring website or campaign).

2. Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to assess your enquiry, determine the right next step, contact you about that next step and — only if you have separately opted in — send you marketing communications. The diagnostic form asks you to confirm this directly: one checkbox to agree that THRAVOT may use the information submitted to assess your enquiry and contact you about the appropriate next step, and a separate, optional checkbox if you would also like to receive marketing communications. We only send marketing communications to people who tick that second box.

We use GA4 information to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

3. How your information is processed and who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is stored and processed using a small number of specific business tools:

  • Market Entry Diagnostic: your answers are collected through our form provider (Tally), passed by our automation service (Make) into our enquiry records in Google Sheets, and recorded in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM).
  • Email enquiries: emails you send us are received through our business email service (Google Workspace).
  • Consultation scheduling: if you book a consultation, our scheduling tool (Google Calendar) is used.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4, as described in sections 1 and 7.
  • Engagement partners: where relevant to your enquiry, the specific licensed professionals, execution partners or specialists we bring in to serve your engagement — and only once you have agreed to proceed with us.

We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and meet our own recordkeeping obligations, and no longer than necessary beyond that. If your enquiry does not proceed to an engagement, we retain the diagnostic record for a reasonable period in case you return, and you can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

5. Your choices

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing communications. Email [email protected] or [email protected] and we will act on your request promptly. Ticking the marketing-communications box is always optional and is never required to receive a response to your enquiry.

6. International visitors

THRAVOT is based in the United Arab Emirates and primarily serves clients entering or operating in the UAE and the wider GCC. If you are contacting us from outside the UAE, your information will be handled as described in this policy. If you have a question about how this policy applies to you, contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies and similar technology

This website uses Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies or similar technology to collect the website-usage information described in section 1.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
